About REAI Housing
REAI Housing Ltd is a Birmingham-based supported accommodation provider committed to delivering safe, secure and well-maintained housing for individuals who require additional support.
We believe that a stable home is the foundation for independence, personal development and long-term wellbeing.
Working alongside registered housing providers, local authorities and referral partners, we combine professional property management with tailored housing-related support to create positive outcomes for our residents.

How referral works
We work with local authorities, probation services, social workers and charities across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Call, WhatsApp or send the referral form. Tell us who needs housing, what support they need and how soon they need to move.
We review the referral, check suitability against our current vacancies and come back to you with what we can offer — usually the same or next working day.
The room is furnished and ready. A named support worker is introduced from day one, and one-to-one sessions start straight away.
